To make a reservation, please follow the instructions below:

1. Call our office: 919.678.1410

• Make your reservation.
• Verify if there are any vaccines/treatments due that will be required for boarding. (We can perform these treatments upon your pet's arrival.)
• Verify that you have a "current" signed pet hotel policy on file.

2. Return to our website at www.prestonpets.com

3. Print and sign our  pet hotel policy  if it is out of date. Be sure to bring this         with you when you check-in.

4. Complete our pet hotel check-in  form, and submit on-line 48 hours prior to         arrival.

• Fill out a separate form for each pet.
• If you are aware that some vaccines/treatments are overdue, you can give us your approval to administer these treatments in the "special instructions" box.
• Make sure to write down any items that you will be leaving with your pet in the "special instructions" box.
• Submit on-line.

5. Drop your pet off within our office hours. Be sure to bring your signed pet         hotel policy if it is out of date.
